Justin Mackay founded Volka and leads its work.
Volka does not advise from the sidelines. Justin has started businesses, launched products, run operations and made the calls when the answer was not obvious.
Metcard is a software product. Zeeën is a consumer social ecosystem. Bonnet is a licensed producer that makes physical goods. Each has different customers, constraints and ways of making money, so he has learned what carries across and what does not.

Why Volka exists
Many owner-run businesses reach a point where the owner is the process. Every question, every approval, every exception goes through one person. Staff are capable but have no written way of working to lean on. Volka exists to fix that with practical work: write down how things run, set who decides what, and give the owner back the time.
